Ilyas Kausar is a Lawyer of Hasnah Aziz & Partners (an affiliate office of Suhardi Somomoeljono & Associates in Tangerang). Ilyas has extensive experience working in the business practice, establish the company, corporate matters, and dispute resolution (alternative dispute resolution and court litigation).

Ilyas started his experience in legal matters extends across all industry sectors with a particular emphasis on commercial, employment, start-up, agribusiness, general construction, family, property and real estate legal issues. Ilyas frequently advises clients on government policies and legislations, contract, compliance and government relations. Ilyas’s expertise in private and corporate fields is an advantage for defending and securing his client’s interest in legal issues.

Ilyas graduated with Bachelor of Law degree (S.H) from Faculty of Law Trisakti University and Ilyas pursued his post-graduate study with Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn) from Universitas Indonesia. In the organization, Ilyas is an active member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) and the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Ilyas assists Suhardi Somomoeljono & Associates’ clients with special arrangement between Suhardi Somomoeljono & Associates and Hasnah Aziz & Partners.
